The UF MS-DI Program is non-thesis, with curriculum and experiences in the study of nutritional sciences, MNT, nutrition education, mentorship, leadership, and research. The program length is 1.5 years that culminates in an MS degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition along with the completion of a 1000 hour dietetic internship. The internship provides experiences in food service management, clinical (general and critical care in-patient, diabetes, renal, and staffing experience), and community (WIC, an elective rotation, mentorship, and local Academy committee experience).
