We’re hiring a full-time Clinical Faculty member to precept nutrition and medical students in the University of Utah’s 5 student-led community outpatient clinics; this RD will also have some part-time clinical responsibilities for directly providing patient care. This role is ideal for a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about:

• Providing high-quality outpatient clinical nutrition care
• Precepting and mentoring dietetics, medical, and other health professional students in our student-led clinics
• Working on interprofessional teams and modeling collaborative, patient‑centered care
• Supporting learners who work with various patient populations and pursuing culturally responsive practice
• Our faculty play a central role in shaping future health professionals through hands-on clinical teaching, student mentorship, and interdisciplinary collaboration within the University of Utah Health’s student-led clinics.
