Stony Brook University has an MS in Professional Nutrition Practice that has a part-time option that is very flexible.  All didactic classes are online/asynchronous.  In the student-identified track, the supervised experiential classes (similar to rotations in a dietetic internship) are completed at sites and with preceptors that the students find in their geographical location.  Our faculty are co-instructors in these classes and we facilitate the contracts with sites.
