RD Boot Camp’s new video on diverticulosis and diverticulitis addresses the misconception that a person diagnosed with diverticular disease should avoid popcorn, corn, nuts, and seeds.

In an 18-year prospective study of over 47,000 men by Strate, Liu, Syngal, Aldoori, Giovannucci EL, it was determined that the consumption of these previously forbidden foods did not increase the risk of complications associated with diverticular disease.
